Prior to your pet’s first appointment at Archer Veterinary Clinic, please complete a new- client form. It's quick and easy to complete and will speed up the check-in process once you arrive to our facility.
We never want our clients and their pets to wait, which is why we request all appointments be made in advance. This enables our veterinarians to spend as much time as they need with each client and pet they see throughout the day.
For the safety of our staff, clients, and patients, all pets must arrive to our facility properly restrained on a leash on in a carrier. Following this important policy will help us to maintain a calm and stress-free environment for everyone.
Your pet’s health is important. That’s why we strive to provide exceptional veterinary services at a reasonable price.
For your convenience, we accept: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and CareCredit®.
So we can continue to provide your pet with the highest quality services utilizing the best medical technologies, we request payment be made at the time services are rendered. If you would like to receive an estimate beforehand, simply give us a call at 630-257-5121, and one of our receptionists will be happy to assist you. Please remember, estimates are made to help clients financially plan and may not reflect final cost.
We require all appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment/surgery time. In the event the appointment/surgery is not cancelled within that timeframe, a $50 deposit will be requested when rescheduling. The $50 deposit will be applied to your next visit. If you do not show or cancel within 24 hours of that next appointment; you will forfeit your deposit.
